Our second semester is here and fourth graders are working hard! Parents, your help and support at home will help your child to complete this year successfully.

Here are a few tips:

Please make sure they come prepare to school with all they need to work in class.  Keep practicing all basic operations in math as they are the foundation for the rest of our math curriculum: fractions, decimals, and geometry to name a few.  MULTIPLICATION TABLES AND CONSISTENCY ARE THE KEY!

Make sure they are reading every night for at least 30 minutes, completing 2 Achieve 3000 articles at home with a 75% score or higher, and practicing their spelling.

Mondays: Spanish Club (Alternates every other Monday and Tuesday), P.E., Library                      

Tuesdays: Computer Lab, Art, Circuit

Wednesdays: Computer Lab

Thursdays: Computer Lab

Fridays: Computer Lab, Dance P.E


Spelling, Reading Log, and Vocabulary will go home every Monday.

There is Math homework everyday.

Please, make sure your student reads at least 30 minutes daily

There is spelling and vocabulary tests every Friday.
