PTA Reflections Art Program 2016-17
It's time again for the annual PTA sponsored Reflections Art Program, where you can show the world your talents. This year’s theme of “What is your story” gives every Jefferson student the opportunity to show how unique and interesting they are! Explore different art mediums, including 3 dimensional art, compose a musical score, choreograph a dance, create a film, write a poem, essay or story or use photography. You can even enter multiple categories or pieces!
The deadline for entries is October 4 and all entries will be collected in the front office. Tables will be set up at lunch time on various days for students to create art now through the end of September. Flyers and forms will be sent home with your student. Be sure to review the rules and regulations carefully for your type of entry and have fun! Jefferson Elementary educates each student to become a life-long learner. Through the International Baccalaureate program, we nurture and inspire multilingual, respectful, global citizens to lead and create positive change.
What Makes Jefferson Special...
Our students are active participants in their education. They are encouraged to ask questions and take responsibility in their learning process. Our teachers work in a collaborative environment, enhancing the thematic topic of study with art, music, world language, technology, physical education and real world scenarios.
